Community Guidelines

XSwapr is built for the electric bike community. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and follow these guidelines:

• Be honest and accurate in your listings
• Respond to messages and offers in a timely manner
• Complete transactions as agreed
• Respect other users and their property
• Report suspicious or inappropriate content

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on XSwapr:

• Stolen goods or items without proof of ownership
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Illegal items or items that violate local laws
• Items that are not related to electric bikes (Surron, Talaria, Stark Varg)
• Services (we only allow physical products)

Transaction Safety

XSwapr does not process payments. All transactions are handled directly between buyers and sellers. To stay safe:

• Meet in person when possible, in a public place
• Inspect items thoroughly before completing the transaction
• Use secure payment methods (PayPal Goods & Services, Venmo with protection, etc.)
• Keep all communication on the platform
• Trust your instincts - if something feels off, don't proceed

Reporting Issues

If you encounter a listing that violates our rules or a user who is behaving inappropriately, please use the "Report Listing" button on the listing page. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Account Suspension

Accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines may be suspended or permanently banned. This includes spamming, scamming, harassment, or posting prohibited items.
